<image:title>INCLUSIVE IMPROV│ - camp yes and</image:title>
<image:caption>Lacy also co-founded and co-directs Camp Yes And in Indiana through Indiana University, which utilizes her Connect Improv Curriculum as a guidepost. Camp Yes And is a unique program that has a dual purpose. It serves as a training program for helping/ arts professionals, and is also a summer camp for autistic teens. In the morning, Lacy and her co-director (Jim Ansaldo PhD) teach the professionals how to integrate improv pedagogy and exercises into their work with neurodivergent youth. Professionals are up on their feet, laughing, and learning flexible, practical, and effective strategies for engaging students in social, emotional, and academic learning. In the afternoon, autistic teens join for camp, and the professionals get to put their new learning directly into action, while campers get to participate in a super fun camp and create connections together.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Lacy provides circus and movement-based therapy for individuals and groups of all ages. Movement-based therapies are an excellent tool for use with all populations, especially those who have trauma histories or are neurodiverse. Circus therapy is a unique tool that guides clients to get in touch with their bodies in a safe and progressive way - all while having fun. As we explore circus skills and build body-awareness, our sense of self expands and shifts - which can unlock and integrate new layers of cognitive processing. Each circus therapy session is unique. <image:caption>As a psychotherapist and circus artist, Lacy blends these disciplines to provide unique and specialized programming beyond performance and mainstream teaching. For example, Lacy served as a youth program director at Sky Candy in Austin, Texas and founded multiple levels of youth classes and camps for mainstream and specialized populations, and developed a comprehensive program that included developmentally appropriate curriculum, safe-skill progressions, compassionate behavioral management systems, and a youth teacher training program. Lacy is passionate about social circus, and currently runs an adaptive social circus program in Montreal for autistic teenagers, and was an instructor for the first Camputee, an adaptive adult circus camp for adults with limb differences founded by Erin Ball. <image:title>PSYCHOTHERAPY │ - Insurance</image:title>
<image:caption>US & Canadian Clients: I am not currently in-network with any insurance companies. However, I’ll happily provide you with documentation/a superbill/an invoice that you can use for out-of-network reimbursement. If this benefit is available to you through your insurance, these are the suggested steps: 1. Let’s chat to make sure we’re a fit together, and that our schedules align. 2. If we are, you can call and check with your insurance to see whether they cover out-of-network services or accept receipts for reimbursement. (My licensing numbers are listed below for your reference). 3. You’ll pay up front for my services 4. I’ll then provide you with A superbill and/or receipt that you need for reimbursement. You’ll submit this to your insurance. 5. Your insurance company can then reimburse you directly according to their policies. For clients in the US: if you see PPO, POS, or “Out-of-network” on your insurance card, you likely have out of network benefits. (Some of my clients also choose to use Reimbursify, an app which will easily submit reimbursement claims to your insurance for you for a low fee.)</image:caption>
